She seemed helpful and like she knew what she was doing but after we hung up the 2FA that we set up does not work.

Asurion had some type of breach or something happens that they had my address incorrect. Due to that problem I have to resubmit another claim and they are time consuming. I now have to waste another 45 minutes of my time resubmitting my claim. Time is very valuable to me. I even tried to ensure this won't happen again by asking for a copy of the tech support transcript and they could not ensure me their mistake won't happen again. Sad service!!!

Chris / The Credit Genius is awesome! I enjoyed the full experience. He mapped out my whole plan for me and looking forward to earning the points and trying all the hacks he taught me. Even a 5th grader can implement his program. :-) I highly reccomned Chris and his thorough knowledge and professionalism. Well worth the price of admission. I hope to see him in person to have geniune Toast!
