SCAM BEWARE

I have to keep reporting on this company, as they keep taking money from your bank when you have contacted them to cancel.
The first payment taken was £15.99 for a Mediterranean No Diet that wasn’t for me.
When l looked at my statement there was the £15.99 plus another the next month for £31.98.
That’s when l contacted them to cancel any subscription that l never took. I NEVER subscribe.
I asked to be refunded,they don’t refund online payments.
The next statement showed another payment taken just 9 days after the second one for £11.99.
I contacted them again saying l had cancelled and wanted a Refund,
Then low and behold another payment of £24.47 was taken the next month.
I contacted them again that l cancelled and they are still taking money.
I checked PayPal and noticed l could cancel,so l did.
I still contact them as they took a Total of £84.43 from me al want it refunded.
I plan to contact Trading Standards Gov.Uk and anywhere else l find.

SCAM BEWARE

This company takes your money without permission.
I know l seen an advert for a “Mediterranean No Diet” on Facebook and another named “Cornivore”a meat diet or something are the same.

I noticed after seeing these adverts that 2 payments were taken by “effecto” so l contacted them to cancel any subscription and refund money taken.
I received an automated reply.
Then a support specialist replied saying they would cancel subscription,but they don’t refund online purchases.

I noticed another payment and then another, l contacted them on numerous occasions saying l had cancelled,and should be refunded,
The same thing again they don’t refund online purchases.
I have contacted this company by email on numerous occasions and answered by 4 different support specialists and they Never cancelled subscription.

On checking payment l noticed l could stop payment on PayPal so hopefully no more money will be taken.
It means a total of £84.4:3 has been taken from my account and this company don’t refund you.
Trading Standards and anywhere else will be informed of this Despicable Company. Who don’t Refund.

This is my second posting as l posted after first 2 payments were taken.

Should be Renamed “Don’t do Refunds”

I remember reading an advertisement about Mediterranean Diet,under the heading of No Diet.l don’t remember clicking on anything to Subscribe.
I did receive 2 emails showing salad type food,that’s not for me,so l deleted them.
When checking my Bank Statement l noticed 2 payments under Efecto First one on 2nd June of £15.99 Second one on 3rd of July of £31.98.
When l contacted them on 2nd July regarding the the payment and Cancel any subscription l didn’t know l had .
They said they would cancel it and No more payments would be taken,but they couldn’t refund July as don’t do refunds.
So l waited till 2nd August as l hadn’t received anything apart from the first 2 emails…..and asked what did l get for my £47.97 and they replied they don’t do refunds.
So l Guess they take your Money….and give you NOTHING.
