Trying to change address? Best of luck

A simple procedure, changing our address, which has caused great stress, anger, time and money.
Fill details on your portal, fine, but then comes a bot chat followed by the need to call them. Three times trying to establish my changes and extra charges added onto my policy. Terrible customer service and totally inefficient operators. Never will use this company again and cannot recommend them.

Despite full address given, driver goes to wrong house

We waited in for a parcel to be collected for a next day delivery, already miffed at having had to pay £12 instead of the advertised £9 due to size. Checked on our tracking and saw that the driver had gone to some other address who told him there was no parcel to pick up. It wasn’t our house! Spent next 30mins on chat line. No recompense and now re booked for Wednesday in the hopes that the driver comes to the right address. Not happy at all.

Dangerous tyres and faulty wipers …

This was the second time we have rented from this company and on this occasion we were not happy. After two days a warning light came on for tyres. We went to the playa Blanca office where the guy showed us how to switch off the light and said to blow up the tyres. On looking at the front right tyre there was a gash of approximately 8cm worn through to the metal. This had occurred prior to us collecting the car and could have caused an accident. That car was changed but the second car only has one fully functioning window wiper and during a heavy shower the driver was unable to see ahead. There was also no screen wash. We all check for bumps and damage of the bodywork when collecting the car but trust the company to check its safety. The state of the tyre really scared us and showed that there really is no inspection when a vehicle is returned. Sadly this was not the standard that one expects when hiring a car.
