Be careful I didn’t read the small print in the terms and conditions regarding reoccurring monthly payments. The very condition they claim to be helping they are being quite sharp by selling plan that comes as a PDF and signing to a monthly reoccurring subscription. Based in Lithuania I’m trying to get refund.

Made an application to my credit card for refund after not being allowed entry to the event on the 31.03.24. SeatsNet still contesting and not doing the right thing. Hiding in Dubai no customer service, making a claim via credit card

Do not buy from this site. Tickets promised from the date of purchase two weeks before event. Flew from London to Munich to watch BM vs Dortmund. Constant chasing, email, what’s app, online chat. In the end promised 1-3 hours before event, tickets arrived 5 minutes before KO and was refused entry. Your peace of mind is worth so much more. BEWARE DO NOT USE
