Having to manually pay my bill because…

Having to manually pay my bill because your system sucks and also says "You might find it more convenient to pay by Direct Debit in future." which doesnt work as every time before, dont even reply to this saying to set it up, just know its a 1 star again for the whole experience

Payment process sucks and every time…

Payment process sucks and every time they say "You might find it easier to pay by Direct Debit in future." it angers me from how much they screwed this up and costs so much time, fix this and you stop getting 1 stars.

Hi Craig, your system has failed direct debits about 8 times over the year and costed me hours with your team that have no idea. Along with you trying to scam me into paying for your screw ups, so no I'll continue to rate you badly until you fix it, never say direct debit to me until you actually support it

Having a direct debit set up helps ensure your bill is paid on time each month without you having to worry about making a payment manually. If you'd prefer to do that however, we do have several ways to pay for either a mobile or broadband package, all of which you can find on our help page, here: https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/payment-methods

stay far away form these scammers

stay far away form these scammers, they mess up your account, promise more than once that it will be resolved without issue, for it to happen again and again, then say you wont be charged for it, and then... the scammers charge you for their mess up

Keep away from these guys

Keep away from these guys, they mess you around and turn off your internet even when support says more than once that it wont happen
