Excellent Customer Service

I ordered some customized coolies, and when I received the proof, I wanted a larger print area. I called the number on the website, and the employee I spoke to was very helpful. He explained that he could change my order to a coolie with a larger print area, and he made the changes while we were on the phone. They turned out perfect!!

Good Customer Service

When my order was taking longer than expected to arrive, customer service helped me by following up on the tracking info until it arrived. Now that I've received my shirt, I'm happy with it. Nice shirt, good customer service.

OWC is a headache to deal with. Go somewhere else.

I bought a 4-pack of memory modules for my iMac. One of the four modules was faulty, so I contacted OWC. They were initially very helpful, and gave me the choice of: 1) Returning the memory and having them ship a replacement after they receive the faulty memory, or 2) they would ship a second set of memory right away, but they would have to charge my credit card a second time and wait until they received the faulty memory in order to credit my card.
I chose #2 unfortunately. It has been three weeks since they received the faulty memory. They confirmed that they received it. And they claim that they 'initiated the refund' with my credit card two weeks ago. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company, and am currently going through that process to receive my refund.
