Give Hannah O’B a raise!
Went through QDOSassist when my car got hit on a roundabout.
I heard from Qdos within a few hours of crash, my claim handler - Hannah O’Brien - was fanatic and explained everything to me in detail to ensure I was aware of everything.
Replacement car dropped of at my house with 3 days of accident, while my car was repaired at the garage.
Overall you never want to be in this situation, but if you are QDOS make it streamline and efficient.
