Been trying to get in contact since 6th of March and haven’t been replied to at all, returned my shoes and haven’t had any email or refund even though I have confirmation of delivery to them. Customer services apparently available 9-6 but been unavailable for the past 2 weeks??

Sad to see a 1 star review, we do apologise as we believe your message was initially missed by our customer services reps.
Please note as stated on our website: 'Returns are normally processed within 14 working days following receipt of the returned item. Please allow between 1-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account as this can vary between payment providers.'
We can see that the warehouse received and processed your return on 13/03 and this was later refunded on 15/03 at 3.27pm, for which you should have received email confirmation prior to your review.
Again, we would like to take this chance to apologise for any inconvenience caused, we hope that you will revisit us again soon and find your perfect pair!
