classic germany

Warum lässt man eine Umleitung zur Paketstation bei Paketen zu, die nicht zur Paketstation gebracht werden können? Jetzt wird das Paket zur Filiale gebracht und ist natürlich erst Montag abholbereit. Bezahlt euren Mitarbeitenden endlich einen ordentlichen Lohn und stellt genug Leute ein. Wie unnötig.

really would’ve expected better

have a problem with distribution that I’ve been trying to solve with SoundCloud support. Average response time is 1,5 - 2 weeks and I receive a single response for each three emails I send. Horrible.



Edit: after two months of back and forth with this BS i now finally give up. Am I paying 100€/month to be able to upload more than 3h on my profile and that’s it?

What exactly is “Pro” about waiting 3 months for a single reply on such a stupid issue only for your “review team” to keep giving me the same copy-paste response no matter what “license” I upload?

And how do you want me to “prove” that I have the artist’s permission to distribute, when I am the artist myself?

Could’ve just went out and bought it

Another German company still living the fax age pretending to understand how the internet works. What’s the point of an online order if I can’t adjust a mistake I made right before dispatch? “We don’t allow changes to ensure fastest delivery” - Why would changing the address for an over the counter product delay it? It’s not like I want you to catch it on the way and change it by hand. I literally just placed it. Jesus.

it’s alright.

There’s much room for improvement. Customer support was not always the best. Transfers take a bit of time till they’re registered. Sometimes up to 5 days. App got better but it also doesn’t offer much. Would still recommend it.

Sorry but this is garbage. I’m switching.

i’ve been customer for 5 days and I already really regret not doing my research before subscribing. I have an issue which I raised to customer support. No response. I posted about it on reddit. I raised the issue again and still got no response.


Basically I got Proton Pass Plus, when I logged into Proton Mail from the web and an offer popped up that I can upgrade to mail plus for just €1/month. The offer seemed to count the payment I made for Proton Pass Plus as some sort of "free credits". To me this clearly means I can combine both products (Pass Plus & Mail Plus) with one payment. Thinking this was a good deal I went ahead with it. My priority lies with Proton Pass though and if I have to choose (which I didn't know I would), I'd choose Proton Pass over Mail. To my surprise on the day after I discovered that my Proton Pass was downgraded from Plus to Free.

Other customers here say they faced the same issue, waited a whole week for a response on an obviously recurring problem. Others complain that their tickets took up to a month to solve. For a paid service? What a train wreck. Thanks to your intransparent advertising and obviously overloaded customer service I’m sitting on a payment with a non functioning password manager and an email service that I do not need.

definitely switching to another provider.

bisher alles super. Bestelle bei der Seite ab und an und hab soweit nichts zu beschweren. Einmal ist mir die RG untergegangen und ich musste den Kundenservice kontaktieren, waren hilfreich und höflich wie es zu erwarten ist.

I‘d still recommend it.

ordered a case for my iPhone 15 Plus a few weeks ago. Initially I had a problem with dispatch and the product apparently never left their warehouse. Contacted them and received it with a slight delay. Good case, elegant design and respectable quality. I like it. Think they should fix their understaffed customer service situation. Seems to be the same problem across several companies. In this case at least the problem was fixed in the end and customer support actually got the job done still. I‘d still recommend it.

Find ich gut

Hab ich mehrmals über die Jahre benutzt. Hab nie ein Problem damit gehabt und finde es gut vor allem dass der Kundenservice telefonisch erreichbar ist und tatsächlich bei Problemen oder Uneinigkeiten hilft anstatt zu streiten. Nicht so wie bei manch anderen Dienstleistern.
