Black sheep bottle of vinegar…

This review is regarding a single bottle of Black Sheep ale I have purchased from Sainsburys. When a friend tried this particular bottle of ale, he said it tasted of vinegar. When I tasted it, I agreed that it tasted & smelt of vinegar. The use by date for this bottle was 17th September 2026. I cannot see anywhere on the website to register my complaint, so am obliged to record it here. I would expect preservatives to be in any bottled ale, therefore for this ale to be off, suggests it was may not be fresh when it was bottled. I would welcome a response from Black Sheep brewery on this incident. The reputation of Black Sheep brewery is at stake as such experiences will deter ale drinkers from purchasing bottled Black Sheep ale, particularly if others have first hand experiences like us.

Incompetent installation service from ArrowXL

I cannot imagine you could have associated yourself with a more incompetent delivery company than ArrowXL. A can't do attitude is prevalent in their staff attitude. Is that because they get home esrliervthat way?
Two failed installation attempts. I will not be purchasing any further products in future. I should have purchased the machine from Argos as their staff are used to thinking outside the box and competently complete the task at hand.

Utter incompetence with a can't do attitude

Two failed installation attempts. What is the purpose of providing an installation service when your employees only appear able to deal with standard scenarios? The majority of situations are not standard!
What other company would charge over £70 to deliver, install and remove a product when they have no training in dealing with installations.
Needless to say, I will do my utmost to avoid Arrow XL in the future.

On line Insurance experience

Despite not having a Customer Service team, the On line Chat was found to be very good. Answers were detailed.
I appreciate that by cutting down on employees helps to reduce the premiums for customers.
I only hope that if I need to change this policy, the on line system will prove to be suitable for that scenario.
The document details emailed to me appear to provide the appropriate details of Insurance cover and excess.
