Waited over 45mins for taxi

Waited over 45mins for taxi after the booked time and requiring two phone calls to enquire where taxi was. Was told that I the taxi had arrived but a no show after going to a PL 2 site.I had been at the correct location and there is no other site recognised for Tamar coaches in Plymouth.

Customer personnel very helpful but not…

Customer personnel very helpful but not been able to sort the app to work fully by updating when I input for the electric generated from mySolarEdge panels.
