Subject: Feedback Regarding My Experience at Home Depot Saint-Henri

I am writing to share my recent experience at the Saint-Henri Home Depot on 19/08/2025

Around 10:30 a.m., I asked an associate on the floor about a Sika foam product that was labeled “reusable.” I know from experience that foam products are usually difficult to reuse once they dry, so I wanted clarification. The associate I spoke with was very kind, honest, and respectful. She explained that it was not her department and did not want to give me the wrong information. I truly appreciated her professionalism.

Since I could not find anyone in the construction department, I approached the floor manager for help. Unfortunately, my experience with him was disappointing. He responded to my question in a dismissive and arrogant manner, saying simply, “After you finish, close the bottle and that’s it.” His tone was rude and condescending, and I felt embarrassed in front of other employees. I later noticed him speaking about me in a way that suggested he was mocking my question.

I value Home Depot and normally receive good service, but in this case I felt disrespected as a customer. My concern is not just about not getting the right information, but about the lack of courtesy and professionalism from a manager who represents the store.

I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that customers are treated with respect, regardless of their questions. I believe Home Depot can do better, and I trust you will take appropriate action.

WARNING: Lorans Medical Clinic in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul – Avoid This Place!

I recently had an incredibly bad experience with Lorans Medical Clinic in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, and I want to warn everyone before you consider going there.

Here’s a summary of what happened:

1. Misleading Pricing & Hidden Charges: They increased the cost of services after starting the treatment, even though we had agreed on a price beforehand. I also experienced false advertising and was hit with hidden charges that weren’t disclosed initially.
2. Terrible Aftercare & Unprofessionalism: After the treatment, I had severe pain and reached out multiple times, but the clinic refused to take responsibility or offer proper aftercare. They didn’t even cover travel expenses for a reexamination, which I needed urgently.
3. Rude Staff: One staff member, Ms. Jasmine, was dismissive and careless about my situation. She didn’t stick to scheduled appointments, leaving me without any support when I needed it the most.
4. Inadequate Customer Service: Despite multiple attempts to get help, they ignored my concerns and didn’t acknowledge the ongoing pain I was experiencing. They refused to provide any meaningful solution, even after other dental experts advised me to seek additional care.

This clinic caused me physical pain, emotional distress, and financial loss. Please think twice before trusting them with your health and well-being. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the authorities and hope they will be held accountable.
