BrightHR Onboarding Session

I had my onboarding session with ​​​​Lachlan Thorn today. Lachlan made sure to go through everything in detail and answer any questions I had before moving on.
We are hopefully moving across to BrightHR soon from a different system, so Lachlan made sure that I knew where everything was and that I could use the BrightHR system efficiently

Amazing Customer Service!

Amazing Customer Service!
Khalid previously worked with one of my colleagues, however I had recently taken over our utilities contracts after she left. Today I found out that 3 of our contracts were out of date! I contacted Khalid and he made the process super easy, all I had to do was send him some invoices and answer some easy questions and he quickly came back to me with alternative pricing with different suppliers. We've signed 3 new contracts within the space of just under 2 hours! As I'm not a home-owner myself I'm completely clueless when it comes to things like this, so I am so glad that this was such a straight forward and stress free process

Yesterday I sat in queue for Live Chat (at position number 1) for a total of 5 hours. It kept disconnecting so I had to reconnect a number of times. At no point did I actually manage to speak to anyone.
I also tried to phone yesterday and today, but there was no automated speaker - the phone just rang through and eventually disconnected my call.
Tried to phone 0800 133 7529 as per their Description on Trustpilot - but that number doesn't even work!
I have also tried to email twice now and have raised a query ticket using their site and still no-one has come back to me.
I have been in the queue for live chat today since 10am - got disconnected at around 1pm, have now been in position 2 for 2 hours and I'm no closer to getting my query resolved.
WHAT IS GOING ON?!

Absolutely top star customer service from Emily Wheeler, we had some issues with collection times in our clinic and Emily made sure she took the time to speak with me to sort it all out and ensure our collections run smoothly!
