Very happy with my experience (which was to get a birth certificate legalised and sent to Brazil). I was seen promptly on arrival and the process was smooth and efficient. Good communication from the organisation to confirm that information had been received and things were on track. The apostilled document arrived safely in Brazil in good time to allow the final plans to be made for my son's wedding!

Very easy process and it was great that someone else could benefit from my tickets at short notice. I will also look at the site in future if I want to buy tickets.
It was a little fiddly to sort out the correct PayPal settings, but once I read the workaround (convert to a free business account) it was easy and the money arrived in my account promptly
