Very happy with my experience (which was to get a birth certificate legalised and sent to Brazil). I was seen promptly on arrival and the process was smooth and efficient. Good communication from the organisation to confirm that information had been received and things were on track. The apostilled document arrived safely in Brazil in good time to allow the final plans to be made for my son's wedding!
