We purchased our home through the Patcham Branch, and Fenton, was thoroughly efficient. We sold again through Mark Williams, who was Exemplary. Mark was thorough and on the ball from the point of valuation, throughout the viewings and the sales progression. Thanks also to Joanna for her endless calls and emails to lawyers from both sides, some of them pretty unresponsive. We were really pleased with the service received from Mansell McTaggart. They got a really good price for the house. They navigated various difficulties to get the deal over the line. Mansell McTaggart earned our trust at the outset and we valued their transparency. They also went the extra mile in helping out with various things to get the house ready for sale - special thanks again to Mark Williams. We would wholeheartedly recommend the whole Team, including Matt, Fenton (who sold the house to us) George, Bertie, Tom etc.

We have also used Oliver, and his team in Billingshurst and they too were very efficient.

Coffee was offered, this was our 2nd visit. It would have been very good if people are able to contact the stores rather than place the orders on line. On line does not suit everyone, also facing and talking to people is much better and nicer.

I am sure more sales can be achieved if customers phone for a query.
