Great service, unfortunately first item broken by courier, super quick replacement and great comms throughout. Costs are competitive will use again and do recommend.

I find this bank to be excellent, customer service is always excellent. The app is easy to use and I can do everything online without needing to call.

I would of given 5 stars for service and transaction but had to haggle to get fair price.

The not so good
The 1st price they offer is not great nor their quick final offer.
There prices are computer generated based on gram-age of gold. The more you have the better price per gram you get, many others have similar policy to cover admin, postage and recommendation payouts but others don’t.
If you do you home work and weigh your gold and know your carat, then try London gold center . Co .uk all one word
They will match this, if gemstones are included likely to have little worth so take a little weight off you estimate 0.2g per carat so not much. Hope this helps!
