Writing this review from a former business using DX.
I would normally give a 5 star review because the overall experience was good but I am being annoyed with the fact that from a commercial perspective I was overcharged for minimum contracting term. I've escalated several times but it was ignored.

An absolute disgrace. Contract was cancelled as they were unable to find a suitable supplier (which is not the issue of my review) but rather have waited over 60 days to get a refund for two months of contract for which I never benefited from. Over 20 calls and emails and escalations and nobody cared to sort this out. Something that should have taken 1 day has turned in a consumer nightmare.

I can see that the refund has been actioned and is now with you. We do advise that there is a 30 day refund window to allow for any potential unbilled charges to clear, and this was communicated to you.
The further delay was caused by us having no payment information as you had cancelled this with your bank, these details were provided to us on May 13th, and processed the following day.
From the day I've first met Valentina and Stefan, I knew that they were the right choice for my business. They both gave me the confidence that they know what and how things need to be done at the early stages of a Shopify eCommerce business.
I've put my trust in them and they have delivered.
Pre-sales there’s nothing negative to mention. Great talking to these people and getting a deal that made sense for my business. Post sale unfortunately, my personal experience hasn’t been the best. Two failed attempts to deliver the bin. Estimated delivery time 7-10 working days, we are now in the 12th day and still no bin. I know directly it’s not their fault but rather the local/regional partner but also didn’t feel that from a customer service perspective this was handled as per expectations. I don’t mind waiting a few more days but my actual problem is when you get an email to say: “we confirm the delivery on….” which in my view means that the partner has committed to the delivery and twice they have failed to uphold their promise.
Not saying this is generally applied to other customers but this has been my experience.
