Help Desk nonresponsive....again.

After 1 year and approximately a dozen emails and phone calls to their Help Desk and various other points of contact I have never had a single response.
Prospective members should know that Voices does next to nothing for their 20%.
It should be noted that a year ago I made the same comment to which Voices replied that someone would be in touch. NEVER HAPPENED, NEVER WILL.

Timpsons's, what do they do for shoes?

I don't know how or why Timpsons still calls it's self a shoe repair shop. I cant find a single thing they actually do for shoes. You can key keys made, buy a walking stick, you can even buy shoe cream. You'll have to apply the cream yourself, shine the shoe your self, even get your own brush's and clothes. The one thing Timpson's absolutely will not do is repair or shine a pair of shoes. Reason given: they don't have the machines needed and doing it by hand takes too long, YES we know that is why we came to your shoe repair shop.

It is easier to access a Nuclear Missile site

Today was the 2nd attempt, last one was about a year ago, to update my Mission Lane info.
Unfortunately updated contact info at Mission Lane is more difficult than accessing a Nuclear Missile launch site.
Once again I will throw my card in the junk drawer for a year or so and use another provider who has easily and conveniently updated my contact info.

Virgin Media Agents: unintelligible accents and roaring background noise.

Virgin Media uses a call center with agents who have such strong accents they can not be understood, they also have such loud background noise that you cannot hear them anyway.
If you are calling about a service outage they will not answer your question until you complete security questions, most of which you can only get from your account, which you do not have access to. Virgin Media is a train wreck of an operation

Burger King-Robin Park

Burger King-Robin Park, Wigan.
Staff refused to take my order in person and insisted we order at the automated screen. Two employees standing behind the counter, arms folded, doing nothing. I pointed out that the touch screen, especially at this time of year, is likely to be teeming with all manner of bacteria and virus and probably hadn't been wiped or cleaned all day. I told her that I would not touch it and then touch my food and told her she should take the order at the counter.
She told me not to blame her, and that it was managements decision.
Management was not available.

SKOPES.....AGAIN?

AGAIN, My last 2 purchases with Skopes went badly, now Skopes has managed 3 in a row.
Today I tried to purchase some shirts and a jacket using the discount code given me, the last time I purchased and had a bad experience.
I was told that the discount has expired, I explained that I was given no expiration and that the disc. was in recognition of a previous issue. The rep. checked with her team and told me to use the discounted price already advertised on the site.
Translation= I loose the discount for their last screw up.
The discount amounts to less than £10, £10 vs loosing a customer for life.

C'mon Amazon, get it together.

I recently received a cryptic email from Amazon telling me "my order had been cancelled". No explanation by who, when, or why.
Worse yet Amazon seems to no longer have a customer service phone number, or if they do Amazon has made it very hard to find.
While I'm sure this was done "for my convenience and/or security" I would rather Amazon inconvenience me by providing a working Cust Svc phone number and/or a reason for the cancellation

However the online ordering process took 2 days,
including 5 attempts and a call to customer service who could not explain the issue.

Claims Dept slow and unresponsive.

Customer service (claims) was very slow to respond and when they did they were not very helpful. Also your claims form askes for info/details that I had already given you and in bold letters warns me not to commit fraud. Insulting.
At this time I do not know if you received the form correctly, once again no response/acknowledgement from claims. Can someone there please tell me that you have what you need.

M&S can not get it together!

For the third time in row Marks and Spencer had sent me a "your order has been delayed" message on an online order. NOT ONCE have I ordered through them and not received this message, not once have I received any sort of consideration for the in convenience. Just the same canned message every time I order something. Mind you the website does not say the item in unavailable until after it is paid for!

We pay 02 for customer service

We pay 02 for customer service, why don't we receive it? Since the day I signed up for 02 I have regretted it.
A 20-30 minute wait for service is the standard at O2, all the while you wait the recorded message redirects you to the website where you will also receive no service.
They have been "extremely busy at the moment" for MONTHS NOW.

Day 5 of attempt to return damaged item, no progress.

Absolutely hilarious, The Range responds to my review by saying "this is not the service they hope to provide", then goes on to repeat the exact same service/response they gave the first time.
Basically "talk to someone else who cares, because we don't". Pathetic.
Let me add that I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager because I wanted to escalate the matter and was told by the rep at the Range that supervisors and managers will not speak directly to customers. I asked how then does a customer escalate an issue....the rep could not answer. Still waiting for a response from the third party The Range has dumped this on.....SO now it is Friday, day 5 of the 4 day response promised by The Range and I still have 2 damaged sofas sitting in my parlor and no contact whatsoever.
Later day 5, it continues, The Range has asked for more photos. I say more because we sent and they acknowledged receipt of photos showing the damage on day one.
