Reliable and quick I am pleased I changed from the previous pharmacy who for whatever reason shelved my prescription if they missed me,without even informing me it was out for delivery what a way to run a business I am relieved I don't have to deal with them again.Thankyou pharmacy 2U.
After discovering my order had been left outside in the recent storm it was completely ruined,I told Superdrug who got back to me the same day and not only that they sent me a replacement..You can't beat that for customer care.Thankyou so much.

When I decide to tune in it is for information about clothes/ beauty or otherwise not to be shown photos of cats dogs and listen to silly jokes sent in by the public nor do I want to hear middle class twaddle about when you can wear purchases we know why we buy items and when to wear them..

Well here we are again last week's delivery I ordered ten eggs at £5.10 smashed and dripping from the carrier if that wasn't enough mess the long life milk had no plastic top and was pierced I always put orders just inside my front door and did not notice until I moved the bags no wonder the driver left in a hurry anyway I phoned CS they said they would report it meantime I sent photos and the usual bot reply arrived However a week on I received an email- today saying another email needs more information well it didn't arrive another one arrived though saying if I wasn't interested any more so it hasn't been dealt with and it's more or less saying they don't give a damm..I KNOW THAT.you have my info it's all there with the order and my details..Despicable inept I could go on but Can't be bothered send my money back for all the hassle you have caused with your inedible food..

Had my order delivered yesterday I've never seen such a mess....butter open and bashed total health issue loaf packed under potatoes half of it totally mashed I wouldn't even open it threw it away the sight of both items made me wonder what the hell kind of shop they are..lastly box of tissues ripped and dirty.Sent photos of three items! Response was a refund no apology no explanation an absolute disgrace..NO RESPECT JUST GIVE US YOUR MONEY WE WILL SEND YOU AN ABOMINATION WITHOUT APOLOGY.!!!

Strange when I left a pharmacy I had used for years after breaking my trust they advised me that I would not be happy with pharmacy 2U. I had my first delivery from you there was no fuss it was delivered on time it has taken the usual fuss of previous ordering away..THANKYOU
An item collected by the courier on 19/6/25 was not showing returned, I called CS was spoken to in a very negative manner also have never been asked to send a blank card left as proof of collection whats the point of that a card with no bar code or date I've had an accident and had a few collections if I did have a card it could be for anything so the responsibility stays with me to prove this was collected and wait for a letter which I must sign in order to be reimbursed.good God 18years with this company and no appreciation for that plus spoken to by someone who needs customer service training, instead of street attitude..

Why on earth have this company changed the serum I've been using this since it was in a glass bottle with a pippet then obviously the larger former to the one on the market now which is like water I could use a whole vial of this awful replacement and still it would be useless I've been searching for the former everywhere!! My hair is not the same without it..why do companies change products that are brilliant and it isn't just my opinion it is an office full of men and women..
Lurpak was always classed as the best however it has in my opinion become the worst Arla have turned it into slime with all the rapeseed added it contains more oil than butter.Revolting..
This is a great pharmacy the only online one I buy from because they are reliable and .quick to post- which is what's needed from a pharmacy,not forgetting the prices are very competitive.. Thankyou my latest order was received the following day..
Asked for cream nothing untoward email received money taken? Day after they wanted more information even though I explained I'd had this before but doctor couldn't see me for a week however another email asking for photos prescription could not be given before they received them my god what an absolute fail of a pharmacy. Its Sunday and I'm still in discomfort thanks!! Tomorrow I will be calling my bank to find out about you superdrug taking money from my account before you confirmed my order I'm sure it is illegal .

Please note that all prescriptions are subject to doctor's review and if they require more information, they will need that before the medication is sent, even if you've had this before elsewhere. This is to ensure the medication is prescribed safely - I am sure you can appreciate that we have to follow strict prescribing guidelines.
Please note that we do not charge the patient if the order is cancelled. The money is pre-authorised when the order is placed, and then released back to your account once it is cancelled. This process can take a few working days.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused but I hope this explains things.
Qvc a very good selection of everything- spoiled for choice really with sixty days to try everything I bought a Ruth Langsford coat greatly reduced and I really like it also on three easy payments as applies to everything..hopefully the channel keeps up serving its customers well and not excluding us from entering competitions etc just becausewe are not on whatsapp otherwise all good.. .Thankyou qvc

Great prices was lucky I came for specific products and was pleased to see they were on offer... delivery was quick...Would have given five stars however your site would not accept my email even after I decided to change password annoying...I'm missing out on updates etc.shame really but I checked out as a guest in the end. I have shopped with you before on another email which was lost and will shop here again

Placed order on 25/8 faulty replaced30/8 wrong items arranged DPD collect on 3/9 great gone back...no wait... Despite having a receipt to prove they were collected Had to prove I was telling the truth waited for phone call missed it promised call back only happened 1/9 telling me the items were back and a refund could be issued it is a pathetic last century procedure qvc do not trust their customers..Its obvious one month wait to get my money back and prove dpd had collected my purchase..

Four stars because Initially I had a confirmation email that my order was complete then the day after I had another email to ask me to call for more details...I did and was asked the questions I wrote on the form plus I spoke more about myself.I was then put on hold for ages and about to hang up when at last I heard a voice!the pharmacist had approved it..It was a hassle all that for a tube of cream however I realise they must be careful and in the end my order was delivered overnight so All,s well that ends well..(and it worked)Thankyou
I have already rated this pharmacy and in my experience after your initial purchase it goes downhill..Not the case here my order was delivered the day after at a brilliant price free.. Thankyou until next time..
As a long term customer of qvc it speaks for itself that I am happy with the company however it has changed recently with all the joking around by certain presenters and not explaining the product in enough depth- reminding you to empty your baskets in other words it's more hard sell than before.Taking this in to consideration I will continue to shop with you because im used to the the brands and the cost not forgetting easy pay which is brilliant...
