Just a brief email of thanks for the visit and the work on Thursday 3rd October by Chris Gamble, Jon Hoy and Lee Turner. We had a downed internet line created by a fallen tree between the road connection and house. The whole procedure from reporting to prompt attention and fixing quickly by Openreach was excellent. Not only were the Openreach staff very proficient at their work they were so personable and friendly. A really positive experience out of an unfortunate mishap.

Just a brief feedback email. Thanks for the greenhouse! All of the parts and glass arrived intact. The overall package was well prepared with the stages of building listed, packed separately and each piece labelled. The glass was well packed too and I thought particularly good quality for horticultural glass with no sharp edges. No hidden surprises or problems with construction. I have used Go Compare once before several years ago after being with the same car insurance company for at least 20 years. The insurance premium grew over the years to the point where I realised I was being taken advantage of as a ‘repeat secure customer’. I got very easily from Go Compare a remarkably competitive quote with many option to choose from. I have three cars and normally can’t be bothered with transition. Now several years on I feel that I have had to do the same again. This time I have saved around £500. A significant sum. In future I am just going to check with Go Compare every year before renewal. The whole process was very easy. I am 72 years old and the temptation to let things ‘roll on as they are’ is always there. Sadly nowerdays it’s not an option. Many thanks MV
