I have an issue because my coanda makes…

I have an issue because my coanda makes a noise as if there is some piece loose inside and even tho I'm still in warranty (bought it 2 weeks ago) they informed me that it's not the practice to change if it still works. But How can I know if it won't stop working anytime soon?
