The engineers who came to complete the job were fantastic. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. They were both respectful and concentrated on the job in hand, which didn't appear to be a simple fibre broadband connection. This was the 3rd time that I had been given an appointment for my fibre broadband to be connected. On the first occasion, the contractor couldn't complete the job (understandable on his own). The 2nd appointment didn't happen and no correspondence was provided, however the 3rd appointment went smoothly.
