We wanted to sell our house with Henry Adams Horsham. They promised us heaven on earth and delivered nothing.
Most noticeable for me was their very bad communication they would never ring us back same day and we had to chase them for information. A very disappointing experience with a totally unorganised estate agents.

My complaint was handled by Dan in an efficient and customer minded way.
A replacement was sent out promptly.
