Dimitar solved a mystery

I've had issues a couple of times when taking part in promos where I haven't been given the free bets, despite my knowing I'd spent the relevant amount. Dimitar identified the issue today , so I know not to make the same mistake next time. Additionally, he offered a goodwill gesture despite this misunderstanding being down to me.

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. I was a premium member for 2 months and the majority of job suggestions were for jobs totally unrelated to my experience. Likewise their suggestion for the best headhunter - totally unrelated to my work experience. I requested assitance 4 times and received no response. I eventually received a request for feedback on their support, when I replied stating I hadn't received any, they sent a log of communications, which showed I had entered an incorrect email address and a request for me to provide the correct one. As this was an incorrect email address, I didn't ever receive it, however, all of my communication was done via the portal and they somehow managed to associate the request with the incorrect email with my account when asking for feedback, so why couldn't they do this sooner ?
Their eventual response to my complaint that I had received no assistance was to remind me I had signed up for premium and to send me a copy of the T&C. After cancelling my premium sub, I suddenly received an influx of mail stating how helpful premium is. One of these emails seemed to come from the email address of the founder, so I responded directly, but as expected, no response.
Additionally, a lot of the salaries shown aren't correct, eg, they will advertise a role at 40-60k but when you look at the job description it will be 38k. Quite misleading in my opinion.
Certainly not worth £59 a month in my opinion.
