The initial investigation before approval was perhaps a little slow, though my finances / credit history are admittedly messy. The delivery of money after approval was bang on, thank you.

Do not give money to this man, he is a con artist. He took a deposit for work never done and refused to give the money back. I started a civil claim against him but he entered liquidation in March 2023. He has done this before with his previous company Dreamroof, where he wound up the company with three outstanding county court judgements against him, unpaid of course. In the latter days of Foamroof his staff were turning up at previous damaged customers properties pretending to be another company that would fix the problems caused by Foamroof.
Do not deal with this man or any company he sets up.
