Ordered two pairs of Jeans at £55 each on 16th Sep, paid delivery for them to arrive in 1-2 days. Now a week later and still no delivery. I have emailed them and used the contact form on their website and not even a reply. Terrible customer service

When you created your Trade in you selected the Good condition which must have ‘No scratches, cracks, chips, bends, damage or any sign of use on the device whatsoever. It powers on and functions as new’.
However, once received and assessed by our technicians, we found your device had noticeable wear to the back and sides of the device.
This meant your device matched our pretty good condition and so the revised value was given.
