I contacted the store today with a…

I contacted the store today with a concern about the transformer on my Celebrity riser recliner chair. A extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy called Ben listened intently to my concerns and even asked me to remove the batteries from the transformer to check that the chair was working OK and I felt happy with his advice. I'm a 67 year old pensioner and it's a credit that you have such good staff.
Well done to Janine who sold me the chair in the first place and Ben who helped me today

Good insensitive value for money

I have been with Scottish Power for many years and have found the company very good. The half price weekend insensitive scheme is very useful for me being a pensioner on low income. The Scottish Power App is very good and I can see how much electricity I have used and keep check of my account an excellent App 🙂

Online Issue resolved efficiently

I recently purchased a 5 drawer Nasara Tower unit online however when I unpacked it it was badly broken I emailed the careteam at The Range and they were very helpful and quick in sorting my problem which was great in this day and age 🙂
I decided to go to my local store in Peverell Plymouth and they had some in stock the male customer advisor checked over the unit to make sure it was OK and after I paid took it to my car for me as I have a back issue
It looks so nice in my flat that I decided to buy another a few days later which a nice female advisor carried to my car absolutely delighted with the end result and the expectional help I received from everyone Well done The Range 🙂
