Good price and while there was a short delay to the expected delivery date, the goods arrived in good shape and as expected.

I had a coffee spillage on my Macbook Pro and initially approached Apple to repair it. I was flabbergasted by their 'genius' who was adamant without any diagnosis that it required various parts to be replaced and I would lose all my data. The cost would be in the region of £1,600. He said cleaning it was not possible due to the sensitivity of the parts that would be irreparably damaged.

I took a 2nd opinion and was told it may just need an OS refresh and took it back to Apple who on this occasion took it away for 5 minutes only to again reiterated their initial advice. I asked again whether it could just be cleaned and the lady on this occasion confessed that it could although Apple did not offer that service and she was not able to advise me on who offered such service but maybe look on line, wink, wink...

On that note, I went online to find Macbook - Repairs.co.uk who had very good reviews and I must say that they did not disappoint.

They were helpful and prompt in cleaning my Macbook even clarifying certain details that secured my data before doing the repairs. I now have back my Macbook fully operational and with all my data intact for a total cost of £330 due to some parts needing replacing.
