Poor quality items. Misleading sellers

More than 50% of items I bought are so stained that they are in the charity shop rag bag. Value 80p for full bin bag.Sold as needs a wash !!!

Unprofessional Company

Received sample, ordered and paid for flooring and it never arrived. Hours on hold on the phone which was never answered. Emails and DMs ignored. Credit card company will hopefully give us our money back as we had to buy flooring elsewhere as we had joiner booked. Ordered and received doors which require special hardware, unable to order as no one answering phones or emails yet again. Poor customer service yet again
