Paid copious amounts of money for a custom integration that was supposed to take a week. Here we are 8 weeks later, it works about 10% of the time, and the team at Aircall does not care.
All they do is complain, offer no solutions and blame everyone else.
Maybe this is partially my fault as Aircall has been an absolute disaster from day 1. lets go through how.
1. took two weeks to get someone on the phone just to learn about it. Had to call/ email/ text/ over and over and over again before I finally found an executves email and got a response.
2. They bill for whatever they see fit that day. Every time I have had a bill there are overages that need to be corrected. In addition, when they "correct the bill" it never happens properly. No wonder they require a credit card.
3. Then we were promised over and over and over and over and over again with nothing but excuses.
We're filing a fraud report with out credit card company and filing a claim in court next Friday.
A reminder: THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE ZERO SERVICE! Trust me, go literally anywhere else.
