Realised when I got home that I was given an already opened, potentially used phone when purchased a new item. Very surprised as my second order here in a month.. last item gave 6 stars.. I was in a rush and just took the brown bag without checking item thoroughly.. won’t make the same mistake again. One bitten as they say….
