Very little effort and just false enthusiasm to get you to stay
Very little effort into posting - its like AI written updates for google business page updates which are such low effort for the money I had been paying. Not much engagement after the 3 months passed and they try to pull wool over your eyes by having a friendly and enthusiastic voice telling you that this is part of the process even though I had exceeded the 3 months and still little engagement on Google. I disengaged from the team and let the service continue regardless of the money because I didn't care at that point as I was doing my independent SEO growth which has been way better now. At least be real with me and tell me what you are actively doing instead of glazing over it with positivity, using emotions - because in business that does not work with me.
