Worst food.
Worst staff.
Worst administration.

WORST. Trust me. Yes I've repeatedly, stupidly, used air Asia throughout Asia many years, thinking, ..."oh well, it's just a quick short flight" .. only to be constantly reminded of how inefficient they are.

Used Wise for few years and saved me a few times.
It's also had a couple of annoying times. Requiring me to verify, justify and kept me off my funds for days asking me stupid questions. As an elderly pensioner surviving on my Govt's payments, it became a life threatening (starvation) situation.

Your reply trying to justify Holding money back from a guy battling cancer and Parkinson's Disease, in another country, without money for food and water is truly pathetic !!! Your new 2 step verification is a DANGER to me as it's slow, never works if don't have a phone Sim card. You need fix this before you have blood on your hands 🙏
