Bernard was excellent. Explained clearly and without fuss what was required to get my old Honda started. He was very patient and kind towards me with my disability when he drove me to Halfords, in very busy traffic, and back to buy a new Battery. He fitted the new battery, checked everything worked and offered me clear advice about keeping the vehicle working properly. Thank you very much AA and thank you very much Bernard.

Have used their delivery service on a few occasions over the years and have always found the staff helpful on the phone. I appreciate the patience and good humour of the Delivery drivers when delivering to my house which is half way up a, sometimes, busy one way street.Thank you.
