Absolute catastrophe

Absolute catastrophe. If customer service was even offered, there is no chance to actually speak with someone. AI online can’t answer questions, AI on the phone says the waiting time is too long and directly hangs up. Another number had me wait 20 minutes only to be directed to a phone number in which someone answers, says nothing, and then hangs up 5 seconds later. Worthless service. What happens when it’s not just a service question but rather an accident? Unbelievable.
