I ordered a matching 2 piece set, paid for next day delivery, the set was sent out in 2 parcels. I received one next day, and I am still waiting on the other. This outfit was supposed to be for this weekend which I’m doubting I will receive it in time.

Update: I have been refunded my next day delivery charge and have received the outfit in time for the weekend.

Fast delivery as always times as described

Ordered on the 6th and had no despatched email and like others here emails bounced back. I checked the company out on Companies House and they have been dissolved and going under a new name. Anybody with outstanding orders issue a charge back with your banks.

Ordered October. Order never arrived, emailed and they tried claiming it was an issue with their couriers. Emailed again later asking for a refund. No reply. Now their email and website doesn’t exist. Says it all.

Speedy delivery and excellent quality tea products, have also been enjoying the sale prices whilst still available. Even got a little freebie with my last order, will be purchasing again ‘
