No one compares to Pareto.

It has been a delight to work for Pareto as a part of a small project that lasted for a couple of months. The flexibility of work schedule, efficiency of the annotation platform and streamlined means of communication with the managers is beyond this world. A big shoutout to the engineering too who instantly fixed bugs anytime they emerged. I look forward to qualifying for many other projects with Pareto.

Earnings unpaid

Earnings unpaid. Barely functioning platform and complete absence of support. Some people rely heavily on the earnings from Appen's projects, still, many of us haven't been paid September's earnings.

The perfect company to work for.

What distinguishes Pareto from other companies I work for is not only their dedication to customer satisfaction, but also their constant assistance to their workers, their immediate support had any inconvenience happens and their thorough training and qualification processes. I joined Pareto for a small project that will probably end in a month, but I am loving the managers, the work environment and the overall experience. I solemnly wish if the project could be extended. I recommend anyone who qualified for one of their projects to join!

Random arbitrary suspension from…

Random arbitrary suspensions from hitapps that we consider our main source of income. Shame on you. Mass bans from testing apps with accuracies exceeding 88% and a rate greater than 24 hits per hour. Shame on you

Never rely on Payoneer

To whomever it may concern, never rely on Payoneer.

I contacted Payoneer to ask them for a Canadian receiving account to get paid from Tipalti as their US receiving account is not compatible with non US persons on Tipalti. They gladly fulfilled my request. Upon approval, a new verification banner shows at the top of my account. You need to send your bank documents, although I have provided the documents last year. I contacted my bank via email and they provided me with my bank statement and my 'Relevé d'identité bancaire", a document that contains my address, my IBAN and the swift code of my bank.

I sent them to Payoneer. Rejection, reason? The currency is not visible. I contacted my bank again and they provided me with a statement explicitly mentioning the currency. I sent it, rejection: Reason: The IBAN is not included. I contacted them via chat, I said please read all the documents, my IBAN is in the second document, they apologized and told me to send the documents again, I did so, and yes another rejection: Reason : We want the physical copy. I made a run to my bank, grabbed the physical copy of my documents, signed and wet stamped and sent them in. Rejection: No IBAN was found, I contact them again and urged them to find the IBAN in the second document, they apologized and told me to upload the document again, I upload the document, instant rejection: We don't see the IBAN and the currency. I contact the chat again, pinpoints the exact location of the currency and the IBAN, another apology and a promise it will get approved the next time and and request to upload again. Guess what? Another rejection, reason: there is no currency. I contacted them via chat, provided the document via chat + my face with my ID + my online banking dashboard containing the currency and my personal info, another rejection, reason: where is the IBAN? I don't know what the endgame with them now, who should I contact to have this issue sorted out? Do they even read documents accordingly?

It's been like this for three days now, I have been using Payoneer for 5 years now and the level of unprofessionalism I've witnessed lately is beyond belief, the mental turmoil they have put me through is unbearable. To whom it may concern, never rely on Payoneer.

Horrible experience if you're Tunisian

Horrible experience if you're a Tunisian customer and you don't own a passport. I wanted to set up an account with Bankera to receive wire transfers from abroad due to the high fees deducted by my local bank. I was denied being verified simply because I don't have a passport. I tried to present my driver's license, national ID card, bank statements and suggested a video call to verify my identity, all my attempts were overlooked. Such an unfair measure if they only knew how rigid the regulations are to get a passport here in Tunisia in less than 3 months. PS: Other countries are allowed to provide driver's licenses and ID cards.
