They removed my account for speaking…

They removed my account for speaking the truth and complaining about my experience with bad businesses and they accused me of having multiple account which I don’t. Idk it’s ok for businesses to mistreat and they don’t care. Idk yelp isn’t as great and resourceful as it supposed to be . Bad app.

Good high interest/long customer service

Good high interest, but I just want to update my phone number and it’s taking forever. They told me they will call me back in a week but did not and now they are telling 3 more business days. I don’t understand this difficulty to change my phone number. It’s ridiculous. The transfers take a long time too. I really they improve and things won’t get worst.

bad customer service & bad cancellation

They keep on giving a hard time canceling. I have difficulty understanding their ascent. Worst help ever. Now I’m stuck with unused trays and impression kit and I get charged $75 for cancellation. Even though when they sent the small trays, they said it was free. Bad customer service. He kept talking over me and he didn’t understand anything when I explained to him that I thought the small trays were free because it wasn’t my fault that the original trays did not fit me and they are even charging me a Shopify fee. And they kept putting me on hold. And it took a long time for the items to deliver and that wasn’t my fault. They were late to video session and they circled the wrong teeth during an explanation.

yelp remove my post

I posted a review about a business where the hairstylist ruin my hair. She added a clump of bleach at the end to the top of my head which didn’t caused breakage at the moment but it was noticeable thin which then broke in a month. They removed my review and accused of posting it to the wrong business. But the service was provided by the owner who changed location. They didn’t even give me the opportunity to defend myself and the business owner lied and accused me of trying to sabotage her when she was one who took my $400 plus tips and ruined my hair. And then business owner was harassive via text afterwards even though she was lying. Yelp didn’t help me with that issue. Which is unfair to me because I keep on losing money to bad businesses.

Horrible customer service

Horrible. I disputed about bad quality service and mistreatment. They denied my dispute even though I only went to 5 out of 30 promised sessions. The incident happened behind closed doors and I obviously don’t have any proof beside my horrible memories. The store keeps on lying to take money from me even though I tried disputing for partial refund. They expect me to continue services with the horrible store that did a bad job me. Bad customer service. Bad resolve.

Horrible they didn’t give me an easy…

Horrible they didn’t give me an easy time changing my flight as promised and my booking wasn’t available for me when I got to my hotel. They promised to follow up, but they never called back. I had to do the calling back. Horrible experience.

Horrible

Horrible. I called in to cancel my account because I want to go with another company since I did not like their service and mistreatment. They told me I don’t need to make any official cancellation which was a lied and they sent my account to collections. They are so rude and have horrible communication skills. They lied and tried to overcharge me. I absolutely hate them.

Horrible

Horrible. They removed my review that I had about the stylist that did a bad job on my hair and then accused me saying that I posted on the wrong shop. No, the stylist did my hair wrong — not the shop. So I posted where the horrible stylist works at. I hate how businesses on Yelp don’t like our honest opinions whenever they do a bad job and then harass me. This happened several times when businesses didn’t do the right job and tried to force me to remove my review. This is so unfair. It is awful. They should make a rule about this.

Yelp gives people write truthful review…

Yelp gives people write truthful review about their experiences at business either good or bad. But then businesses get mad when customers speaks the truth and say they don’t like certain things. Businesses even try to harass people when there results aren’t good enough. Yelp should better have businesses who allows people to give truth reviews. Not so perfect sometimes. There are some harassjve business out there.
