EVRI strikes again

Yet another AWFUL service from Evri. Due a parcel which was ordered for next day delivery on Sunday and still no parcel. It has been stuck at the depot since Monday. I requested a call back and nothing. Just an email that was worded EXACTLY the same as the last time I had an issue. I tried calling but as soon as I put in the tracking reference I just received an auto voice response saying how it was already being looked into. I now believe my parcel has been stolen and won't be delivered and nobody will be taking accountability or bothering to let me know. Evri causes so much stress to customers. How are they still trading???? (Can't wait for the auto reply from Becky to this review!)

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Parcel due to be delivered Saturday and update stated delivery attempt was made. This is a lie. Someone was home and the picture added was nowhere near the address. I raised with Evri customer services and was told the parcel should be delivered that day and I would receive an update by 10am the next day. 10am came and went with no update and no parcel. I chased again and was sent a cut and paste job about policies and how refunds and delivery costs have to be directed to the company I bought through. No actual answers to why no contact was made as promised, why attemped delivery update was a lie and no actual update on my parcel!! I have just checked again and surprise surprise, apparently another delivery attempt was made and the picture....looks like a thumb over the camera. Completely deceitful company. EVRI.....anyone actually want to help????

Awful. Filter reviews to most recent

Update: Portal still not working, so left with no option but to pay further money to return faulty item. Despite commenting on my post and asking for more details to try and help, 48hrs later and I have heard zero back from Watchshop. Clearly commenting to 'look good' with no intention of actually doing anything. No doubt there will be a further update when I have to fight for postage costs to be returned. Go elsewhere people!

Awful and can't help thinking I have been scammed. Bought a watch for a present and paid £12 extra for delivery. Came in a plastic bag which is rubbish for the price but could overlook that. The watch doesn't work and battery is dead (wish I read reviews first). Contacted customer services chat and was on for about 30mins. Was given a link and told it would take 2wks to process the refund. I explained this wasn't working and was then told there was a problem with it!!! So I have a watch I can't currently return. Awful and I have been totally ripped off

Awful customer service

I am shocked and so disappointed by the online chat experience I have just had. I placed an order with a delivery date of 3 Jan. The tracking details weren't working online so I just wanted to check the parcel was still on track as the item is for an important birthday. The agent was dismissive, wouldn't commit to anything and was incredibly rude. I am fully aware that there has been a bank holiday but I also assume H Samuel know that when they gave the date upon placing the order! I would be horrified if my staff treated a customer like that. I am left none the wiser and told the express delivery charge I paid would be refunded in 7-10 days. Super! Horrible experience and dreadful customer experience.
