Yelp Believes in Infinite Genders

Somehow, YELP thinks there is such a thing as something *other* than male or female. Insanity. I go to write a review, and Yelp gives me "other options" other than "male" or "female". Great job Yelp, helping people further delve into their delusions. One day, you'll see the err in your ways. Until then, take this one star.

Credit Insights Plus is a total scam

Credit Insights Plus is a total scam. You pay $1500 to be allowed to submit invoices, but it just rejects everything you submit, and they tell you NO information about why. I get invoices from tons of companies but it doesn't accept ANY OF THEM!!! WHY??? It has four (4) transactions that I've ever done, worth $250 - yes - two hundred fifty dollars - when I've paid over $700,000 to vendors over the past few years. I even connected all my business credit cards and uploaded statements - but nothing changes. These people should be reported to the BBB. This is outrageous. No help from customer service whatsoever. Zero information. Couldn't be more frustrating.

Total scam - They don't have any credit information!

Total scam. I have to pay $1500 (per year) for D&B to "allow me" to submit payments I made on invoices (somehow, they only were able to locate $250 of transactions over the 5 years my company has been in business, when I've paid over $500,000 to vendors, but I digress). And then, they only let you submit "12" payments, otherwise you have to pay $20 per payment you submit to them. And it's not even guaranteed to work since most invoices don't have all the required info (regardless of what company the vendor is using, none of the invoices or payment receipts have all that D&B wants on them - quickbooks, freshbooks, etc.). So basically, I paid $1500 for nothing. These people are out of their minds and will surely be destroyed by some new tech that automates this. Totally unnecessary.

this company/organization is the worst

this company/organization is the worst. they make it impossible to add products, bulk add, etc. the "errors" aren't errors at all. You can't fix a UPC once you made it - even if you never used it at all - it's just GONE forever. Their support is BS and useless. Nothing about these people is nice, good, or fair. They are a monopoly and deserve to be shamed. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

couldn't be more difficult.
absolutely horrible experience with this company. I bought a gift card to send to my friend in China... ok but... you can't just do that. You have to go through some bizarre "verification" process. Why...? I bought the gift card. I should be able to send it to whoever the heck I want!!! I had to upload (twice) my photo and goverment ID. Then I have to send the payment reciept. Which I did - twice! One from the email they sent me one from the paypal reciept. But it was rejected both times. Why??? They wanted my full bank account number. LIke no I'm not giving you my full bank account number. This is insane

I hate them

I hate them. I hate them I hate them I hate them. I hate them. I hate them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Intuit SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! LOL - I pay $750/yr for Quickbooks, but it doesn't let me invoice for "product inventory" I have to "upgrade" in order for it to even let me invoice for PRODUCT. Only "service", "bundle" or, "non inventory" invoicing is available.... like what? I have a product. How can I not invoice for a product? This is the simplest thing ever, that like 50% of companies have to do. This software feels like a scam, daily. I hate them :'(

Absolutely love this website and its…

Absolutely love this website and its ease of use, compared to most other shipping platforms. Things mostly just work and are easy to find and available. Unlike some other shipping platforms, like one that starts with "Ship-" also, that are incredibly difficult to use, expensive, and have terrible support. Not Shippo - their support actually provides helpful resolutions and understand what I say. Shippo helped grow my very small business - for that, I am thankful!
