I struggled to find the designs and colours I wanted but decided to try one I thought I liked as was returnable. Wasn’t happy with quality or colour when it arrived though. They do not want allow me to return it now. I shall not be buying from them again

Love the variety they offer and pictures are good, but don’t always have clear lines to help you work out which number you need to use. Very rarely agree with the colours but I’ve done around 30 with several companies and this is the case with them all

I ordered something a while ago. It’s been 2 weeks since it was apparently dispatched. I have emailed them twice now to say I don’t have the product. They are completely ignoring me. On top of that they keep sending emails asking me to review the product. I think I’ve lost my money and I’m not going to hear from them ever.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered several prints and they contacted me and said some would not come out great once enlarged. A couple of emails later we had established which ones I’d be taking off my order. It’s rare to get such a personal efficient service. Absolutely will be using them again

Basically I was supposed to get an emailed digital voucher within 1 day and a physical voucher within 2 days. That was 5 days ago- got neither. It is a Christmas present . Contacted them in email- closed from 22nd to 26th. Will tell the recipient on Christmas Day and just hope the voucher actually arrives.
