If I could give it a lower score I would. There is no customer service element here, got signed up for a subscription I never asked for. They say to email to cancel the subscription, You do and never hear back. I have no clue how to get this resolved.
Review of Parcel2Go
After 2 failed collections I was unable to switch to drop off (mental!). So I had to purchase a drop off as needed to post the item. Luckily I was refunded but it took 4 days to post one package and was far from convenient for me. Will not be using the collection service again. The drop off service was fine however so I would stick to that.
