A huge thank you to all at Swale Heating for such rapid service at this time of the year. I telephoned first thing in the morning regarding my vulnerable foster brothers boiler breakdown, and engineer Tom Jenkins arrived within half an hour! Tom was fantastic managing to sort out the problem for my brother and keeping me informed by phone. (I live 200 miles away!). Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks also to the follow up team who have made an appointment for the rest of the work needed to be completed.
