Anytime I have played on stackr, if I win the redemptions are paid out quickly and there's not any hangup or excuses as to why they haven't redeemed your prize. It's straightforward and fair.

I made a redemption request on 9/13 for 400.00 to my skrill. Today is Oct. 9th and I still haven't gotten it. I've emailed support and tried reaching out via various social platforms, first I was told it'd be within 14 business days, then I was told they have 30 business days according to terms and conditions and then it was longer than 30 days...I mean come on? I've verified and there is no issues with my account so it just feels like I'm getting strung along at this point and it's super frustrating. I can't even get a response from anyone now.

Well I used to love this site...until I placed in a tournament they had but never received my winnings from it. I've contacted support multiple times and only heard back once saying they were still investigating my concern..it was like the 7th or 8th of April and I placed 8th and should have received 100sc ..instead I got nothing. I knew I should have screenshot it so there could be no confusion but alas I did not...it took 10 days just to get a single response...pretty upsetting ..now I have submit the requested information and received the exact same email as I had already gotten saying they were still investigating the concern. I don't know if anyone should play here if this is what they are going to do when it comes time to paying out on a tournament.

Don't play here! I wish I read the reviews before playing here myself. I deposited on this site multiple times and I also collect the daily money. i won for 1000. But Instead they paid me out 25 and said it was won off free money so they wouldn't honor my redemption and wouldn't make an exception. As they have done to others. Don't play on this site.

UPDATE:JAN 22 2025 I did receive my payout today finally, so I am adjusting the star level and also confirming I did get my redemption...HOWEVER it did take almost a full month to get it so if your wanting your winnings on the fly I would consider using a different site possibly...but if your not in any type of hurry to receive your winnings then yeah this is actually a cool site and they do have different games than most of the other sweeps sites I've played on so that was refreshing as well...all in all the site is cool and again I like that the games are different than the ones I normally play at..but they could for sure improve the redemption speed.

Still haven't received my redemption I requested on Jan. 2 2025. Today is Jan 15th 2025. I reached out to support on Jan. 8th to find out when it would be deposited and was told it could take 7 to 10 business days to receive. Today makes 10 business days and I still haven't gotten it. I Play at MULTIPLE other online sites and even the slower paying sites don't take this long to process and pay out. .. I'm starting to wonder if I am even going to get the payment at all?? If or when I do get my redemption I will update this review to show but until then I would be EXTREMELY cautious before depositing on this site as it's starting to get that scam feel to it. ...

Well the website says they do cashout redemptions and process them within 24-72 hrs. I requested my redemption days ago and still havent gotten it..starting to wonder if i really will ever receive it...we will see..and ill come change my stars if i ever do get it.
***UPDATE*** 10/16/24 I did receive my redemption this morning so i am changing my 1 star to 4 stars. They did pay me out but it still took longer than the 24-72 hours that they advertise. Hoping that maybe it took so long because it WAS my first redemption and that future transactions dont take quite as long but they are legit!

Sebastian with customer service is excellent! He's very friendly and quick to answer any questions i have regarding the website and how it works. So thanks Sebastian! As far as the website itself, i think its cool that they offer SO MANY different platforms you can choose from for gameplay. They really have something for everyone! However, because they do offer such a variety of platforms the while process of making an account per platform, and depositing does take sometime. Plus you have to add the time it takes to recieve your crypto because currently i think they only offer a BTC option. So once you deposit to the website your funds go into your wallet, then you select the platform of choice and the amount, add it and check out. After you place your order, you then have to wait aprox. 20 minutes before it is loaded onto said platform...it isnt a deal breaker for me but i do wish there was a faster way to get the money on the platform. With that being said i do understand it takes a minute for an agent to get them loaded as they are dealing with hundreds if not thousands of players at the same time all wanting to play right then. ..so all in all i think its a good website with a great concept to give players multiple options for gameplay!

VegasGems has been pretty good so far. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL especially Matt..as it always seems thats who ends up helping me. But he does great and really listens to what im saying. There has been a couple mix ups about where i wanted bonus money to be applied but he was very quick to get it situated for me. I like that there are multiple different platforms to play on but the amount of time it takes them to email you back about cashing out or verification subjects needs a little work. Other than that their doing great!
