Thought they would be more serious

Ordered a pair of wheels on 2nd August. On the 9th, they confirmed that they would ship them on 15th of August.

It is now 29th, they have ignored a couple of my emails, they have not shipped the wheels, and they don’t let me cancel the order, as this was a summer offer, which I don’t understand either.

So it’s been a month so far without the money nor the wheels, and they just keep ignoring me.

Awful commercial behaviour and client experience.

Great experience in Sønderborg

We bought a sofa bed and a dining table. The experience with Klaus was perfect. Clear with lead-times, good advice and decent prices.

Would go again.

Bad experience in Sønderborg store

Had quite a bad experience with my wife in Sønderborg store.

We went there to buy a sofa, and the one we liked, was the last unit in stock and they asked if we wanted to take it home in exchange for a discount, which we said yes.

Then, they said we were the ones who should disassemble the sofa, what...? After we refused, the employees did it themselves.

We bought the sofa and a dining table. 5 days later, they call us that the table couldn't be delivered for having issues with their supplier, so we cancel the order.

We go there to pick the sofa, with no assembling instructions whatsoever, and when we arrive home to assemble, there is a leg missing... So yeah, we are keeping that sofa, but I wouldn't consider going back ever again, nor would recommend anyone.

Everything was great, until...

Everything was great with them, until I had to process a warranty on a Shokz earphones I bought there, a year ago.

It has been +45 days since I first contacted them, as the earphones stopped working, and I have no clear answer from them, rather than they are in 'contact with the supplier'.

Bad customer experience.
