From beginning to end arrangements were perfect in every way. Always available to speak with and absolutely excellent in the way and speed the job was carried outwith everywhere left clean and tidy. Amy was very clear and understanding of my need. She maybe speaks a little fast, but that’s probably due to me being a little hard of hearing. The appointment hasn’t yet been booked, although paid for, so I look forward to your engineers visit and the repair being carried out. Thank you Amy.
