Product not received

I ordered a pair of trousers from this company, the tracking showed mis-sort after mis-sort with my package going around in circles. It was easy enough to contact the customer service team via chat, but ultimately all they could offer me was a credit or a refund when I just wanted the product I ordered.

Avoid!

After being told we were tied in for 3 months to market exclusively with Purple Bricks, they are charging a £300 withdrawal fee for withdrawing before 6 months. At no point has this been mentioned, during the sales pitch or at any time. Incredibly disappointed, especially after the property hasn’t had a single viewing in 3 months. Avoid!

I temporarily lost the left earbud of…

I temporarily lost the left earbud of my Airpods, so ordered a replacement part. The Find My app identified it as being lost out of the house, but I later found it at home. Despite contacting Apple on the day I received the earbud and not having opened it, they refuse to allow me to return it for a refund. Seems odd when this was something I purchased online and as a longstanding Apple customer, I'm incredibly disappointed.

Vinted have suspended my account

Vinted have suspended my account, I’ve messaged to question it, but nothing has changed. I’ve never bought or sold on the site but they’ve cut my account off citing suspicious activity. I’ve no idea how to get it unsuspended, it’s some sort of automated process with no way for me to resolve. Every time I message I get a standard automated response. Ridiculously frustrating!

Awful

Awful. Booked a hotel “last minute” which was 4 hours in advance. On arrival the hotel advised they had no rooms and had been fully booked for some time. We weren’t able to find any alternatives after contacting about 20 other hotels so had to get an expensive taxi home abandoning our car. Last minute blamed the hotel. There’s nothing last minute about this websites and we won’t be using again. Currently waiting for our refund to be processed. This ruined our one Christmas night out and if availability had been up to date we wouldn’t have drunk and would have driven home. Instead we’re having to spend time going back into London to get our car and drive home during the working day. I would avoid unless you have a few days at least to arrange an alternative.
