Bad customer service
I ordered an M1 wallet from Europe online, but straight after paying, I realized I forgot to add a tether. I immediately sent a message to hold the order and add a tether with a separate charge to myself.
Instead of receiving any reaction, I received a message that my order would be shipped.
Again, I send Dango a message to hold the order and wait with shipment to add a tether.
Again, no reply and the shipment went through. Now received my wallet, incurring USD 30 FedEX expenses and further EU import duties.
This leaves me with the only possibility to seperately order the tether, again incurring substantial FedEX expenses etc.
Although I'm happy with my wallet, the whole proces leaves me very disappointed in that such an expensive and premium brand as Dango provided such bad customer service.
Hoping that there won't be any quality issues with my wallet in the future, that would be bad news with this level of customer support.
UPDATE: Got in touch with Charlie. He offered me an excellent solution beyond my expectations.

With complaints being adressed by the CEO himself Dango shows that they do care. 👍👍
