Would avoid this casino!

Despite the reply I still haven’t anyone contact me and still haven’t received my withdrawal


Would avoid this casino!! Allowed to deposit multiple times but as soon as I click the withdraw I’m kicked out of my account, saying my account is under review despite already have uploaded documents in order to verify my account, I’ve emailed, spoken to multiple agents on live chat to no avail! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I’m confused

I’m confused, you’ve asked me to upload funding evidence which I have about 3 days ago still not been verified, I’d I don’t understand why I can’t upload my ID as that is proof of who I am, I uploaded a “selfie” holding my ID next to my face on the live chat in order to change my email, I don’t understand how that isn’t suffice. Still unable to withdraw, still waiting to be verified.

I made 2 withdrawals Saturday 2nd of…

I made 2 withdrawals Saturday 2nd of December was meant to be processed and received back to my deposit method on the Sunday.
Sunday comes get an email transaction failed please send a bank statement so we can process your withdraw.
Sent said bank statement the “accounts team” acknowledged and verified my bank details for my withdrawal to go ahead.
Contacted via email and live chat no information, at all, just keep telling me to wait or email as they can’t give me any information.
Sent 2 emails which I am awaiting a reply.
Keep being told to be patient and wait a little longer.
I’ve waited the allotted time frame given, submitted my bank statement and have waited.
Never known a casino to take so long, have zero information about my withdrawal, and not replying to my emails.
The withdrawal amount is for £200 and I feel I’m going round in circles and not getting anywhere despite my best efforts.
I have screen shots of the chats, my withdrawals and emails, I’ve kept a record of everything.
Oh and one last thing they locked my account after my withdrawal.
“Security checks”
Why would you have to lock my account to do security checks straight after my withdrawals.
I haven’t violated any terms, I didn’t use any bonuses.
Very disappointed.
Hoping that coming here I can get it sorted with a little help as I’m not getting anywhere with them.
I would not recommend this site.
Should have read the reviews first as everyone seem to be having the same problem.
Honestly seems like scam.
Will not cash out your withdrawal at all!
